• providing consulting, direct contact with the person in detention / arrest / medical boarding, etc.;
• drafting notifications to criminal prosecution authorities (criminal complaints), establishing a civil party, etc.;
• drafting requests, exceptions, complaints, memos of assistance and representation before the criminal investigating authorities, in the conduct of criminal prosecution, during the criminal investigation phase;
• requests for initiation of the agreement on the recognition of guilt, filing complaints against the classification order, all during the criminal investigation phase;
• providing assistance before the Judge of Rights and Freedom and before the Preliminary Chamber Judge;
• providing assistance and representation of the defendant before the court in the procedure of the recognition of guilt;
• providing assistance and representation of the defendant in front of the first instance courts, appeal courts and extraordinary appeal courts;
• drafting requests, providing assistance and representation for the enforcement appeal, conditional release requests, enforcement requests, complaints against measures taken about the convicted person, request for obligations in the content of supervision, revocation of the suspension under supervision, execution of court expenses, rehabilitation requests, etc.;
• request additional information about a particular activity if it is not found among the listed activities.
