• Verifying and submitting the necessary documents in order to authorize the postal services providers;
• Drafting the general conditions regarding the postal services provision;
• Filling in the notification addressed to ANCOM (National Autorithy for Management and Regulation in Communications of Romania);
• Assisting and representing postal service providers in front of ANCOM;
• Drafting agreements stipulating the provision of certain services of clearance, sorting, transport or delivery of postal items;
• Identifying the rights and obligations that postal service providers have or will have in their relation with the users, the integrators, the other postal service providers and ANCOM;
• Establishing a mechanism of solving the complaints received by postal service providers from clients;
