• establishment of financial institutions;
• registration in the General / Special Register of National Bank of Romania;

• drafting credit contracts, leasing contracts, standardized European Information Sheets, minutes of negotiation etc.;
• due diligence on mortgaged properties in mortgage credit agreements;
• notifications, delays, cancellations of contracts;
• representation in court for trials of giving in payment, enforcement, opposition to enforcement, trials with consumers etc.;
• request additional information about a particular activity if it is not found among the listed activities.
